About this directory

Stallsy is a community directory of Australian markets — farmers, artisan, flea, night, and more. We aim to make it easy for people to discover markets near them and for operators to reach new visitors. By using Stallsy, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use Stallsy to browse and discover markets, share links, and submit genuine market listings. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Use the directory for scraping, spam, or commercial data harvesting without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our services.
• Impersonate another market operator or organisation.

Accuracy of submitted listings

When you submit a market listing you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
• You are authorised to submit details on behalf of the market or operator.
• You will notify us if key details (dates, location, contact info) change.

Stallsy does not independently verify every listing. We rely on the community and operators to keep information accurate. If you spot an error, please contact us so we can correct it promptly.

Our right to remove or edit content

Stallsy reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to inaccurate information, duplicate entries, listings that violate these terms, or markets that are no longer operating. We will endeavour to inform operators of significant changes to their listing where practical, but are not obligated to do so.

Disclaimer

Stallsy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that listing information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm market details directly with the operator before visiting, especially around public holidays or adverse weather.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stallsy after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
